Sunrise Hampi

Lounging in a rooftop restaurant in Hampi

Hi everybody! I know I have been a lame ass lately about visiting blogs and commenting and stuff like that...it seems that I have a life! So I am going to announce right now that I am not making any promises about regular postings from this point on. My two favorites, HNT and 55 Flash Fiction Friday give me a little pain because they are so close together...so I have decided from now on, 55 Flash Fiction will be whenever we get around to it. Maybe Friday, perhaps Saturday, Sunday or Monday if you are lucky! Do it whenever you feel like it as well! I love rebels.

I'll bet you can all figure out what I think about 89% of my day! Yes, India, Indian textiles, Indian food, Indian people, and going back again this year. So now I have to focus on making some money and selling my textiles, making clothing and stuff like that... I do have a store ya know! (Oh, you don't know about my store? That's another post...)
Heh! I'll bet you all just thought all I did was lie around all day on indian cushions eating chapatis!

Have a lovely week!

I took these three photos at about 6:30 am in Hampi.

I love that picture. Orange and green were the colors of my Middle School football team. I had forgotten that.

India!!!
India???

...well, that explains it...

The whole time I'm thinking... 'I know I drove through Indianna in the daylight and it too hours, ---and I han't seen ANY of this stuff...'

...well, there were a couple of elephants... or were they grey microbus's...

...well, I'll still haunt yer site, and enjoy my chuckles when I find them...
(...sniff...)

Best to Herr Ratburn and the lovely young lady who has the same name as my eldest cat...

What beautiful pictures. I know what you mean. I'm too busy to blog more than twice a month. When I go back to work I may never blog again...sigh...That's okay. It was fun while it lasted. Did blogger make you switch to the new version. I didn't want to. I don't like change. But I was finally pushed into it, so I must adjust.

I've always wanted a store. Sort of a head shop/record store where I could hang out, break in the new hookahs, trade vinyl, swap concert stories--you know, the perennial hippie. But with an edge: I'd tune-in instead of tuning out.

I just love the pictures! They always say so much with all of the color. I read a while back that you had a store. How exciting! What kind of stuff do you sell?

Hey Susie! Don't feel bad about the blogging thing. I am dealing with dial-up and I am not getting around to hardly anyone on my blog roll! Take care!

No doubt who's boss here at the excellent first picture. And to slow the bloglife down a bit is sure a hard management decission. Do you serve your cutomers HF? If yes, I'll think about arranging charter flights from Europe with sloagan: Come visit the HN Indian lover. LoL.

Have a prosperous time.
See you in Taj Mahal.
