Last weekend my mom gave me a handful of dresses that she used to wear in the 60's when we lived in Alaska. My mom was about as teeny as any adult could be, so when I wanted to take pictures of the dress, I had to get Little Rita to model them. The dresses were a bit too large for her, but I could barely get them on over my head. My mom wore a size 2 in the 60's! This lttle dress is red velvet with an antique rhinestone brooch at the waistline.
This turquoise dress has a fitted satin lining under the sheer overskirt. So cute!
If I could starve my way into these three beautiful little dresses, I would!

surely lovely indeed. I love all the three colors as well as the designs!
OMG Grandma wore those? She was quite stylish. I can't beleive she still has dresses from the 60's
Gosh your Mom was tiny!!!
Those dresses are vintage now and would bring a lot of money, if you could be parted from them!
yes Susie. You have under priced them I feel. I was thinking the same as Akelamalu...
Yes I thought about the prices...but they were worn a lot and are not perfect. Also, the fact that they are so small...will be difficult to find owners...Mona, I am changing the prices to 100 each....:P Thanks, that was my first thought!
those are sooooo cool! the red one is awesome and i love the background you picked for it. does lil rita like the dresses? i bet when she gets a little bigger she could have a ton of fun with them. your mom was stylin!
Little Rita wants the red one. I think I will let her keep it even though I could probably get 100 bucks for it at least...however, buying a prom dress must cost more than $100 so why not keep this for a very unique and special dress for Hannah to wear to a dance in high school!
Playing chess will never be the same after this - how cute and nice and great - good old times, but still going strong!
Wishing you a great end to your week too!
Oh such lovely pictures of such awesome dresses. I really like them.
Oh and S... Tell Little Rita she has her hair in her eyes. I don't know if she noticed. LOL
Very nice and she made a lovely model too. To bad you could not fit into them.
By the way, red is my favorite one also. Very nice.
I feel the urge to snap,
too cool, daddy-oo

GROOVY BABYYYYY...!!!! (^_^) xxx
