Susie, you can cook the turkey in a roaster if you know anyone that has one. I have one but fat lot of good that does you otherwise I would share. It takes about 20 minutes a pound in a roaster but it may take longer with stuffing. I forget it we had stuffing when we tried that before.
As to pies or anything else you might want to do in the oven... oops.
