55Flash Fiction Friday

With her husband she owned the local brewpub.
He was her daughters long haired jr high music teacher.
When this thing ended, they would clandestinely meet. In a small town, this was wrong. They could not help themselves.
Let the PTA find out .
Damn that open mike night at the brewpub that started it all!
~
He he! Definitely fiction this week folks! I just got back from my daughters school orientation meeting, and Logo, that scamp suggested I write my 55 tonight about some scandalous imaginary affair in order to make this 2 hour meeting pass faster. Well, I could barely keep from laughing my head off as I scanned the room looking for victims! Honestly people, I live in a town of 7,800 people...this was truly fun! (I know about some real life scandals in this town as well, but I am not sayin!)
And BTW Logo has written like 5 ~55's.....that's a tricky way to get away with typing 275 words, missy! Go check that over achiever out!

If you wrote a 55 today, let me know and I'll send the posse over. If you want to know more about it, click the cool button over there on my sidebar that Barman made for me!
Have a lovely weekend, people!

OK, if the locals find this and try to string you up, just DON'T blame me! :p
Anytime I can help a meeting pass more quickly and less painfully, I am pleased.
Nice one, Susiji

Oh how I wish we had men at our PTA meetings. They are afraid (with good cause).

I played along this week. :)

Hi Susie. I played this week but I broke the rules. One 55 just was not enough. You will see what I mean.

Oh no, Logo went above and beyond? It must be something in the air.

You 55 is most intriguing. Sure it is not based on fact? LOL

We have a town near by that is probably slightly smaller than yours. I love to do things over there. But it does feel a little small sometimes. I just feel like everyone know everything that you do. No wonder you ... I mean they went over to a different town!

Just teasing Susie, love the 55. I bet that was fun thinking about it as you mentally took notes.

Scandalous! ...but not. Go figure. Mine's up. And it's nothing even remotely sexual this week. Surprising, I know.

Ohhh ya. Teachers ARE scandalous. It's true, it's true. Juicy!

This reminds me of the Harper Valley PTA.

Hahaha. I love that song. I'll probably end up singing it at open mic night.

My 55 is up.

(SIGHS) "Why is it always the long haired guys that get all the fun?"
asked the poor bald man. Very "interesting" 55, I've met a couple of those PTA moms! I've posted a 55 if anyone has interest.

Oooo, see this is good. I got the photo first and tried to write a story about it. Maybe I should have written the story first and then found a photo. Okay, got it.

Sounds like it was a Harper Valley PTA meeting. :)

HUGS...
