Ahh, the things I can Concords are rarely found in supermarkets and veggie stands, but our neighbor has lots of em! She's in India right now, and the grapes are ready so we get to have em all! There are plenty to give away and make jelly out of.
Now, have you ever eaten a Concord grape? I'm sure you've had the juice and the jelly, but let me tell you what...they are about the wierdest fruit that I have ever eaten, all firm, tart and warm on the outside and smushy on the....um, is it getting hot in here?
