I hope you are well. I always check out Anu, who was a close friend. I am very happy to have bumped into you.
Reg. banana leaves need to watch out if u have too much gravy with the rice. 'Need to make a 'well' in the middle of the rice. Otherwise the gravy will be all over the place !! Yes, food tastes good on Banana leaves & if you are a fish eater did you try fish which is steamed in banana leaves ?
