Critters

Um...it's hot...I'll be on the kitchen floor til this heat wave blows over...I didn't even take any pictures this weekend....got nothing...um, except maybe this picture of a yellow wooly cat that Little Rita made.

...and um, this deer that has taken to sleeping in my front yard. I feel so special that she feels comfy to live here, but I sure hope she isn't planning to have fawns in my yard or something. That could get complicated.

Have a lovely week, bloggy peeps!

The yellow wooly cat reminds me of these things I used to see growing up. They were huge and I thought they were on trees but maybe it was tomatoes. I love it because someone made it. Very cute indeed.

The deer is cute as long as you keep it off of the roads. I used to think deer were cute until one leaped across the road right in front of me and I hit it. I do not think deer are so cute anymore. But to have one in your own yard, now that is nice.

We use to get deer in our yard all the time in WI. We had a corn field behind our house and we use to put apples out for them as well. It was a 24/7 buffet for them...what a precious picture. Only wild like I get around here are the wild parrots and a few skunks...ewwwww!!

I wish it would warm up a tad by me. Turn the fan my way and you can suck all the hot air out of your house and blow to Ocean Beach ;o)

Wow I want a wooly animal. How cute. You are so lucky to have a deer in your front yard. That must be so neat. Give it a salt lick.

That hyena in the grass looks very scary. I wouldn't feed it. They don't understand "no more." Good luck.
