Pontifcating on cereal and breasts......sorta....

Somehow Little Rita made it to almost 10 years old without ever having rice krispies.
This morning she had them. I didn't realize that I'd been denying her!

She poured the milk. Total look of joy and surprise on her face, "ooohhh cool, mommmm, they really do pop!" Sticking her face way into the bowl and laughing!
Precious.

On another note, this is boobiethon week. There are going to be boobies around every corner people. Bare boobies, covered boobies, all sorts of boobies, and yes, some of them will be mine. Get over it.

If you haven't ever learned to do a breast exam, you owe it to yourself. This is a little 10 step chart that oughta help you.

And, I think this is funny...I'm sorry if you don't. Gotta give the guy a little credit there, for wanting to help out the women in his community! Har har!

If you wanna see my seven favourite songs post, it's down there v......Have a lovely day, people!

The twins don't put milk on cereal - this really bothers me.

I think that's funny in a sick twisted kind of way.

That guy is so smart. A capital idea. Does he give mamograms in there too? Is he coming to the valley, I need an exam.

When I was little, I thought rice crispies were a rip off cause they didn't actually "talk" to you like the comercials insinuated. I actually expected a voice saying "snap, crackle and pop", I guess I had high expectations. But, I loved them anyway.

I hadn't thought about rice krispies in years. But now I'm remembering how much I loved to hear them snap, crackle, and pop when I was a kid. The person who thought up that slogan must have been a marketing genious. I'm sure it made his company millions of dollars.

As for the breast exam guy... reminds me of the guy who posed as a doctor going door-to-door giving exams a few weeks back. Got love the effort.

LOL! I love the pic of the guy! One of our local tv news stations (channel 10)do a buddy 10 check system every month . They will remind you on the tenth day of each month to call all of your friends and remind them to do their self-breast exam . I agree with Rita on the Rice Crispies , they are so good and I love hearing the snap , crackle, pop!

Cute story about Little Rita!

Please keep me posted about the boobiethon thing. We don't have it in Norway, well except for the whole summer at the beaches as the Nordic girls tend to hate tan lines:-)
Have a great hump day!
Btw: The more I read and listen to your music post, the better it is!!

Awesome photo! Truly priceless. :) Glad you're passing along the info of Boobie-thon's efforts.

And thanks for reminding me of the moment when my New Zealand partner was new to living in the US and experience Rice Krispies for himself as well! Definitely a fun moment. ;)
